DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Add the Eco Concentrate refill to 400ml of warm, filtered water (chlorine free and non fluorided) that has been heated to 40-50 Mix in a strong blender for one minute, then pour into a bottle. Use after cooled.
When travelling, add 4 teaspoons of the dry powder to 200ml of very warm water (not boiling) on a glass and stir vigorously to make enough Alkaline mouth-rinse for your stay. Stir before every use. Travel with the dry Alkaline Rinse Eco Refill everywhere.
